WELCOME TO SUGAR CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!
OUR MISSION

The mission of Sugar Creek Elementary School is to collaboratively support a positive, safe, diverse community by providing an engaging curriculum that fosters excellence and a love of learning.

From the Principal

Family and community are the two words that come to mind when I think about Sugar Creek Elementary School.  Nestled quietly behind Nation Ford High School, Sugar Creek Elementary has all of the makings of a "neighborhood" school.  Within our attendance area we have tight knit communities, involved parents and hard working students. These attributes are the perfect ingredients for building a solid foundation for a successful school.

As you navigate through this site please feel free to email me with questions, concerns, or ideas that can assist with developing the tradition of excellence at Sugar Creek Elementary School. Please click on my name below and then the email icon next to my name to get direct access to my email.  I'm looking forward to working with the wonderful students, faculty and families of Sugar Creek.

Together in education,

The No Place for Hate® Promise

I promise to do my best to treat everyone fairly.

I promise to do my best to be kind to everyone —even if they are not like me.

If I see someone being hurt or bullied, I will tell a teacher.

Everyone should be able to feel safe and happy in school.

I want our school to be No Place for Hate®.

We have a system in place in the Fort Mill School District called Parent Portal. At Sugar Creek Elementary, Parent Portal gives parents of students in Grades 3-5 an opportunity to view attendance, grades, and assignments for their child.
